The third film in Ram Gopal Varma’s Sarkar trilogy, which chronicles the exploits of a powerful political figure.
First, the good bits: Choreography, music, direction and scene settings; the transitions. Etc The bad bits: The plot. The script – that kept us alert and in raptures like the first two. It transcends from a fairly good movie until the last 20 minutes – when it becomes quite unbelievable. Like as if the script writer was changed halfway . . . . The first two movies were a continuation of a theme. This one starts from nowhere and ends – well, I’ll let you decide.
